I Hate Women

I had to work in the women’s department today, and I’ll tell you, they are VICIOUS!!! I got yelled at by a coworker who was stealing my sales and snapped at by some irritable female shoppers. I think I’ll stay in my nice quiet store with the nice, patient men.

     Today was… PANCAKE SUNDAAAAAAY!!!!!

I made Oatmeal Blueberry-Cocoa Pancakes and topped them with mashed banana instead of syrup. If you feel like something is missing, you’re right. No Green Monsta this morning! Sadness, cured by cakes of pan.
Work was work was work was work. I dislike that building and the women in it, and I had sushi for lunch. Yep, that sums up my day.
I got home and had some freshly-made Summer Corn, Bacon and Potato Chowder and a glass of Brochelle. According to my roommates, I am now a wine snob. Woohoo!
De-freakin-lish.
What’s your favorite healthy comfort food?

So I made my first Green Monster today. Kinda looks like Swamp Monster, though. I forgot to add the banana, but bananas tend to overpower everything else, so I'm fine with forgetting it. And I think I put in a bit too much soy milk. Next time, I'll change it up a bit. It was decent, regardless. 🙂

Hi! I just stumbled across your blog from Ameena's. I love the title of yours! 🙂

Sorry you had a bad day. Women can be so cruel. Always so frustrating because we should be lifting each other up instead.

So thrilled for you :). Um, so you most definitely blog about your expedition with the Monstas! And I put bananas in mine exactly for that purpose – to overpower the spinach taste :). Not that there's anything wrong with the taste, it's just not my ideal for breakfast!

Aww, thanks! Unfortunately I had an injury at work and have to wait a few more days before I can get back to hiking and biking (can't put pressure on my knee), but soon enough I'll be doing something besides eating :).
