My Pet Hanger, Stan, and How I Lost My Brain!

Today was ridiculous. Not ridiculous in a, “duuuuude, this wave is totally ridiculously rad!”, but more in a “why is this ridiculous spike sticking into my head while I run around in circles with only socks on?” Exactly. My post will make as much sense as the preceding sentence.

The day started off innocently enough. I woke up early and hit the trail for my first hike in what feels like forever!

We had a beautiful, 70 degree hike down the hill.
On the way, we saw a DEER!
I was understandably excited.
The hike was quite intense, and I felt that the best way to refuel would be to hit up an Indian buffet and get a ridiculous amount of food. This ridiculous is the good type.
Spicy chicken vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, veggie-punch-in-the-face-it’s-so-spicy dish, and fried green somethings. It was all amazing, as were the two pieces of garlic naan I used to scoop up all the sauce. AND the gajar halwa (carrot-butter pudding) I had after.
Then came work. I was scheduled for a full shift, and had to work until 11pm. ELEVEN PEE EM! It all began to go downhill around 5pm. Vicky and I headed out to Paciugo to get hopped up on sugar, and discovered that Paciugo is now offering even MORE opportunities to get free gelato!
PACIUGO PASSAPORTO!!! I got a small with amaretto chocolate chip, rocky road, and peanut butter cookies ‘n milk. Tomorrey, we’ll explore the innards of the passport. It’s extremely amazing!
About two hours later, I was really starting to lose it. There were no customers in the store, and even fewer employees (“But that’s impossible!” you say!) and I decided it was time for me to adopt a lonely hanger that had ended up at my counter, abandoned by the evil consumer who ripped it from its shirt-brother and discarded it like an empty plastic hanger.
Everyone, meet Stan. Stan, everyone.
And yes, I realize that by now I had completely lost it.
No, I think HERE was where I’d completely lost it.
Vicky was frightened, but she learned to accept Stan for what he is. This is why I love her.
Vicky, Stan and I headed upstairs for the employee potluck lunch. This lunch consisted of fried chicken, barbeque chips and Coke®. It hurt. So good. After we’d parted ways (Vicky and me, not Stan and me), I received a text message from Malachi. Our insane brain-candy conversation follows:
Malachi: Boo i’m feeling antsy and all my friends are unavailable and it’s saturday night and dan took the car so now i’m just going to sit here doing nothing which i already did all day SON OF A BALLS thanks for letting me vent.
Me: I’m at work till 11pm and i made friends with a hanger and named him stan and took pictures of him for my blog which i will post at 1am.
Malachi: Sounds like you’ve already reached madness. Save me a seat, i’ll be there soon as well.
Malachi again: I’m drowning my sorrows in pepsi and the economist.
Me: I have coke. Not the good coke either. Soda form, not powder. (Disclaimer: I do not use/condone drug use. They will drain the blood from your body and replace it with swamp water and you will die slowly and painfully. So don’t do them!)
Malachi: Ugh. You could always dehydrate the coke, distill it to powder form, and shoot that up your nose.
Me: I need a quick fix idea, not scientific conundrums that take weeks to execute.
Malachi: You can’t rush good science. And every druggie has the rigors of the scientific method to thank.
Me: My problem must be that my addiction isn’t so intense that i appreciate the rigoroditty of the process.
Malachi: As Newton said, and Einstein agreed, ‘rigoraditty is the keystone of scientoriousness’. (Malachi, you misspelled rigoroditty. LAME!)
Me: What is easier to make fun of… A comatose ninja, a comatose pirate, or a small child with ADHD whom you fuel with soda, then tie to a chair and throw popcorn at? (Before you hate me for being an evil child abuser, please remember that I have at this point befriended a hanger and might not be all there…)
Malachi: You are past madness. You are traversing space, time, universe.
Me: There is nothing wrong with desiring to throw puffy food stuffs at children. (See guys, I didn’t recommend we throw anvils at them or anything!)
Malachi: …textual silence…
This correspondence occupied a good half hour of my time, in which I sauntered around the dark, empty mall and got a makeover a la Vicky. I then proceeded to sprint around the dark, empty mall, pretending to be chased my extremely short zombies, and ended my spazz-out with a cup of lemon pudding cake.
CAKE IN A CUP! And some patriotic mints!
I apologize if this post has traumatized you in any way. These spazz-outs may occur once in awhile, especially if I’m forced to work insane hours with only a hanger to talk to.
     On a semi-normal note:
I FOUND ME THE PUMPKIN ALE!!!
I shall imbibe tomorrey evening after…work. Le sigh.

Ladyface Date Night!

Today, I had one goal in mind when I woke up: HAPPY HOUR DATE NIGHT! In preparation for such fantastical wonderment, I centered my day around it. It’s all about balance, baby!

My Monsta had SIX cups of spinach, 1/3 of a cup of unsweetened soymilk, 1/2 of a banana, 3 sprigs of fresh asparagus, 1/2 of a lemon and 1/2 of a lime, and 1/2 of a cup of frozen blueberries. POWERMONSTA!!!!
I had four teeny-tiny hours at work today. I arrived with a big mug of coffee in my hand and a smile on my face. After those four hours, I left with an empty mug and a scowl. Grrr on you, retail!
I refueled with a mini-Kitchen Sink Salad. This had half of a bag of chopped lettuce, 1/4 of a chopped bell pepper, 1/2 of a cup of lentils and 1/2 of a carton of egg white salad. Just enough to tide me over until dinner, and just enough health to cancel out what comes next!
We went to Ladyface Alehouse and Brasserie (What is a brasserie? I’m too lazy/exhausted to look it up!) for happy hour. This was my first time being here, and most definitely not my last!
The fermentation process takes place in the middle of the restaurant! Next time I go here, I will most definitely ask for a tour of the brewery! And employment! If only I lived closer…
First things first: We got the Picture City Porter. This beer has a strong scent of coffee and a mild taste of chocolate. It’s very rich, but has only a small amount of carbonation. Aaaah, beer, I’ve missed you!
We split a pitcher. It was somewhat awesome.
After checking out the bar menu, we couldn’t agree on the type of pommes frites to get, so I ordered the garlic and herb with garlic mayo, and he got the Harissa spice. The garlic and herb fries were AMAZING! He ended up not being a fan of the Harissa spice (“They’re too spicy! I thought they’d taste smoky!”) and demolished the remains of my fries. Rawr.
The sliders came next. We got them medium-well (NOOOO SALMONELLA!!!!), and they came on the most fluffy, delicate little buns I’ve ever had. When I start working there, I’ll tell you what they actually consist of :).
We also got an order of bruschetta. I was trying to have an open mind, but I definitely do NOT enjoy eating fungi, and only recently began enjoying having tomatoes on my burgers, so these were a fail for me. Plus, the toasted bread almost chipped my tooth. Boo.
Obviously, the only way to make my teeth feel better was to have another beer. They were all out of their ambers, so I settled for what the waiter recommended: Big Daddy IPA by Speakeasy. Apparently, Speakeasy is out of Boulder, CO: my old hometown. As soon as I heard that, I was sold. This beer is ridiculously hoppy, which I’m finally growing to appreciate and respect, and tasted like the holidays – a bit like pine, as weird as that sounds… It’s similar to Hoptober by New Belgium, yet was mellow enough that I wasn’t pursing my lips in pain after every sip. I guess I’m learning!
This picture is solely for my friend, Malachi. A giraffe, and a carafe. You’re welcome.
After a few hours and three beers on my part, we ended up with this amazing and completely unnecessary piece of bread pudding. Okay, that was a lie. It was TOTALLY necessary! This bread pudding was luscious and decadent and full of cinnamon, brandy, and love. It tasted like Cinnabon on crack. In a good way.
Now, it’s only 9:45pm and I am completely tuckered-out. Starting happy hour at 4pm can do that to you, I guess. Enjoy the visual attack of delicious pictures, and I shall go pass out with visions of bread pudding swirling and twirling through my head. Tomorrey morning shall be greeted with a hike!
Where’s your favorite place for happy hour?

Too. Much. Gelato!

Today, I may have gone a little overboard. And by a little, I mean COMPLETELY. I visited Menchie’s for lunch.

I got a miniscule amount of tart frozen yogurt with some dark chocolate chips, strawberries, and one small square of brownie.
For dinner, I got a small gelato: Brown-sugar waffle-cone and amaretto chocolate chip. It was awesome. My stomach hurt – so good. Pain after this much dairy is good, right??
Don’t worry, though! I balanced it out with a midday Monster!
This had 2 cups of spinach, 1/2 of a cup of blueberries, 1/4 of a frozen banana, 1 lime, 2 sprigs of asparagus and unsweetened soymilk. This helped balance me. Slightly…
I kind of failed on the pictures today, so here’s a small recap of yesterday!
PEACH PIE MONSTA! I’ve found my new obsession. I had the usual ingredients in this, then threw in a ripe peach and a teaspoon of cinnamon. It’s like taking a bite out of autumn!
I had a Kitchen Sink Salad for lunch with half a bag of chopped lettuce, 1/2 of a carton of egg white salad, 1/2 of a cup of lentils, and 1/2 of a chopped red bell pepper. I love me the KSS!
This was lunch yesterday at work. I had a mini-spicy tuna roll with avocado. I ate this outside, all by myself. Apparently it was too cold for everyone else! It was a chilly 60 degrees, and I enjoyed the dark clouds and the cold breeze until I had to recede back into my dark retail dungeon.
I had a few hours of work tonight, then came home to have a glass of red wine and watch my new obsession, “Nikita“! Yes, I know that it’s “Alias 2.0”, but I’m always okay with watching girls kicking ass. Plus, Shane West is on it. Le sigh :).
Now it’s ridiculously late considering I have to work tomorrey at 8:30am, so I should probably go pass out.

Apparently I need to have a pottery giveaway! I’ll think of something and post it in the next few days 🙂

Also, has anyone watched Nikita? What are your favorite guilty-pleasure TV shows?

Potential Pottery Giveaway?

Today was a very busy day! I had two auditions and pottery class. While that may not sound like much, it takes a lot of prep for someone who doesn’t live in the city. It took quite a few hours, but the auditions went really well. Of course you’ll be the first to hear if anything comes of them :).

For breakfast, I made an omelette with two eggs and some cheddar cheese and a mini-Monsta made with spinach, unsweetened soymilk, lemon, lime, banana, fresh peaches and some cinnamon! It tasted EXACTLY like peach pie. I have one peach left from the farmers’ market, and cannot WAIT for tomorrey’s Monsta!

Lunch was some leftover pineapple-fried-rice made with brown rice in one of my new pottery creations. Hooray for microwave and dishwasher safe!
After the auditions, I headed over to the parental unit’s house and we all went out for some frozen yogurt!
At Tutti Frutti I got a small amount of peanut butter and cake batter fro-yo, then topped it with peanut butter cups, cookie dough and brownies. I was craving the sweets today!
My mom and I stopped at Trader Joe’s to pick up some supplies for pottery class.
We brought some delicious, fancy Monte Ducay “red wine” to share with the class! Cheap and classy :).
Wine out of handmade pottery just tastes more earthy and robust!
This was my setup for the night. I had quite a few bowls and mugs to trim!
I accidentally trimmed one of my mugs too much and punched a hole in the bottom. I decided to make this mug into a berry mug. You all know how much I love eating food out of cups, so now I can throw a bunch of berries in here, rinse them off and have some food to-go!
At least it looks interesting!
My mom made some awesome bowls today! This was made with 2.5lbs of clay. She’s much more brave than I am!
This entire row consisted of all of my creations. I ended up making two handles for my taller mugs. You have to “pull” handles, which is a very, very awkward thing to do. Google it and you’ll understand what I mean. WARNING: Prepare for awkwardness. I’m such a teenager 😛
I think I’ll make all future handles by wrapping coils…
I also got back a bowl that I finished glazing last week!
I have no idea what I’m going to do with so many bowls! Anyone want one? Maybe I should do a giveaway!
I definitely learned a lot at class tonight! I learned that pulling handles is just not for me, that sipping wine during class makes me more mellow when I puncture holes in beautiful mugs, and that I should start bringing a sweatshirt to class. Fall just might be here – officially!
If I did a giveaway of some of my creations, would anyone be interested?

Labor Day!!!

I hope you had an amazing extended weekend! For Labor Day, I had stuffs to get done! I got up early and headed into LA for a photoshoot with Sean Biggins, a co-star from “lonelygirl15” – an internet show we did a few years back. Ahhhhh! I just linked LG15 and there’s a picture of me looking all young and blonde! Weird!

The photographer, hard at work!
For any actors out there, Sean is having a special on headshots through the end of September! Tell him I referred you and you’ll only pay $150! And believe me, this guy is GOOD! Here are a few samples from what we shot.
For these, I did my own hair and makeup (I brushed my hair in the morning and put on a little tinted lotion. That’s it!), and basically just applied powder in between shots. I’ve found that the times I’ve had my hair and makeup professionally done, I always look overdone and just not like myself, so this time I decided to go au natural!
After two hours of shooting and 310 (!) pictures, we headed over to Local, a local (teehee) restaurant that only uses local ingredients.
I had to order the Local whole wheat crepe. If it’s named after the restaurant, it’s got to be good!
They also have a fresh salad bar you can order by the pound. Yum!
I got the crepe with the spicy fries. This meal was delicious! The Local crepe had tons of cheddar, fresh spinach, salsa, onion confit, avocado and fake bacon. I’ll admit, if the fake bacon hadn’t come on top of this, I would never in my life have tried it, but it turned out to be pretty good!
I headed out of Silverlake and over to North Hollywood to meet up with some friends at a Labor Day pool party!
Jenny and Boa, our producer/makeup artist and DP extraordinaire from Summer Campbell!
Malachi aka dolly grip/gourmet-quesadilla-maker!
There was a barbeque going on, but I was stuffed from my late lunch, so I just downed a few cookies and half a glass of red wine.
Note to self: don’t take bottle caps off with your hands if they’re not labeled “twist off”…
Mmmm, sharp-glass contaminated beer.
Only a few things caught on fire on the barbeque.
It turned out all right.
Hey Malachi, let’s trade cameras, kay?
Boa and Malachi had a bit of a splashing fight.
You tell me who won 🙂
We all headed out around 5:30pm and I headed back home to prep for some auditions I had today. It’s been a busy one, and tonight is pottery! I’ll be getting back one more glazed bowl, then trimming a few mugs I made last time!
Did you do anything special for Labor Day?

Bar-Hopping and Thai Food!

I am so tired. Last night was a late/early one for me. I went out with my friend Duck-Duck, Julia and Miles to a mini-dive bar around 10:30pm for a few drinks. We got to this dinky little place where everyone knew each other, and they had four beers on tap. FOUR. This was a problem. The beers on tap were as follows: Budweiser, Coors, Haywire and Firestone. Becki was not a happy camper, but after much deliberation, I got a glass of the Haywire Hefeweizen and settled in for a night of pool, friends and mediocre brews.

(There are no pictures because I’m not big on taking a purse with me to bars. I’m low-maintenance like that :-P)

We got in one game of pool before the tables were taken, and decided that it would be best to move on, so we headed over to JJ Brewsky, where we split a pitcher of Fat Tire (Yay! Memories!), then hiked up to a ridge overlooking the city and sat talking for about an hour. It was a gorgeous night! You could smell the ocean and the spotlight at the airport lit up the marine layer with pink and purple flashes as it circled around. Mediocre beers aside, we all had an incredible time hanging out :).

Things changed when I got home at 3:30am and realized that I had to be at work in 7 hours. I slept until about 7:45am, then woke up on my own (ugh) and settled down for a huge mug of coffee and breakfast.

We were out of spinach! AAAAAAAH! Instead, I made an omelette with one egg from the farmers’ market, and a few slices of real cheddar cheese.
I then attempted to round it out with half of a fresh peach. Tasted good, but not as good as an icy Monsta would have!
I headed off for a few hours at work where I got to wear jeans, a rarity, and went out for Paciugo with Vicky. I got a child size with half amaretto chocolate chip and rocky road. Not much else happened…
When I got home, the roommates and I decided to order some thai food for dinner.
This bowl had a little pad thai, pad kee mao, and some pineapple fried rice made with brown rice. A glass of Mirassou’s Pinot Noir topped it off.
I devoured my meal, mopped my brow after the ridiculously spicy food, and sat out back admiring the view and the stars – I can see stars from my house: definitely not something you get living in the middle of LA!
Tomorrey will be a very long day, but an amazing one! I’m headed to LA in the morning to take some new headshots with an up-and-coming photographer (who you LG15 fans just might recognize 😉 ), then meeting up with some wonderful friends for a Labor Day pool party! I have a feeling I’ll be staying out there, so you may have to wait until Tuesday to see the awesome pictures :).
Happy Labor Day! Relax, enjoy the company of your friends, and most importantly: EAT GOOD FOOD AND DRINK GOOD BREWS!

Guilty Pleasures

I hope everyone’s enjoying the beginning of their Labor Day weekend! I had to work all day today, and a few hours tomorrey, then I’m free to enjoy myself again!

I’ve been hitting the gym every day, utilizing every single second of my free trial week. Today I spent an hour on the elliptical, burned 502 calories and went 3.75 miles. Afterwards, I did a few rounds on the lat pulldown, then did a massive amount of crunches and stretching. All this was followed by a big Monsta at home – 3 cups of spinach, 1/4 of a cup of unsweetened soymilk, 1 lime, 1/2 of a banana, 1/3 of a cup of frozen blueberries, 1 carrot, and 4 sprigs of asparagus.

I had to work today, but I got to work with my lovely and ridiculously fun friend, Vicky, so it was more than bearable. Since nothing out of the ordinary happened today, I’m just going to put up a bunch of random pictures of some of my meals over the last few days.

After my intense workout yesterday, I decided that a trip to the indian buffet was in order.
As if the gigantic plate of food and garlic naan wasn’t enough, the chefs made my roommate and me this complimentary dessert that we’re obsessed with: Gajar Halwa – it’s basically grated carrots, sugar, butter, almonds and raisins. This is one of my all-time favorite desserts!
I had a late night craving for grilled cheese one night. I made this with Great Harvest’s Hi-5 Fiber bread, which is chock full with tons of seeds and nuts, then topped it with some real (NOT Kraft) cheddar cheese and fried it up in a teaspoon of butter. Sometimes, grilled cheese is a necessity.
Today’s lunch was a Subway 6-inch on wheat with turkey, roast beef, tons of spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, avocado, a little mayo and mustard.
PUMPKIN truffle from Godiva! I LOVE PUMPKIN!!!!
And a piece of the Hi-5 Fiber toast with some REAL chimichurri sauce on it. Real means delicious means not made by me.
Keep in mind that while some (most) of this isn’t the healthiest thing I could’ve chosen, I’ve completely balanced it all out with Monsters in the morning as well as lots of time at the gym. Plus, I wanted to eat it, so I did. Deal with it.
Tonight I’m headed out to a billiards club with some friends to play for a few hours, and hopefully drink a PUMPKIN ale? Ah geez, I really hope the bar carries pumpkin ale already! Enjoy your Saturdays!
What are some of your guilty eating pleasures?

Arts and Crafts!

Happy September!!! Fall is my absolute favorite time of year. I love hunkering down, wearing big baggy sweatshirts, sipping hot mulled cider with freshly-made donuts, getting red cheeks from hiking in the chilly air, roasting potatoes with sea salt and herbes de provence, lighting pine-tree scented candles and having icy cold PUMPKIN ALE! I think the pumpkin ale just might be my favorite…

However, it’s still very early in September and the temperature hasn’t dropped yet – in fact, it was really hot today! With my Autumn mindset, I did something not-so-smart.

HOT Banana-Bread-Oatmeal. This was absolutely delicious but I was sweating while eating it in my 80 degree house. This had 1 cup of cooked steel cut oats, 1/2 of a banana mashed in, a teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of walnuts, a splash of unsweetened soymilk and a dollop of whipped cream to make it pretty :).
After a little coffee and digestion, I hit the gym for an hour and a half. I spent 40 minutes on the elliptical, burned 400 calories, went 3 miles, then did a variety of weights. I did four sets of fifteen reps on the lat pulldown at 45lbs. I tried for 60lbs, but I really overdid my first day there and decided to be smart this time. I tend to be an extremist – I love going on ten-mile hikes, spending three hours running on the beach, lifting weights until I can’t move any part of my body and planning half-year camping excursions that never seem to amount to anything. I’m working on balance, and being okay with healthy amounts of exercise. It takes time. ANYWAY, after the lat pulldowns I did assisted pull-ups, tricep dips, leg presses, and about a billion crunches. I’m sore but I definitely didn’t overdo it today. I’m learning!
I promised you an arts and crafts blog, so here we go!
This one is hard to see, but it’s a drawstring bag made of old jeans I had. I was inspired by the leather shoulder bag that Amanda Bynes had in the movie, “What a Girl Wants“. Yes, I made this bag a very, very long time ago. I’m pretty slick with the sewing machine and added an accent around the bottom with an old scarf.
This is an apron I made with another pair of old jeans and ANOTHER old scarf. I actually made about a dozen bags out of jeans and sold a couple to some neighbors when I was younger.
This is the last denim apron that remains. It’s actually very handy for when I cook – the pockets hold all of the utensils.
I went through a painting phase a few years ago. For this frame, I took a picture from my Backpacker magazine and glued it into a wooden frame I found at Michael’s, then mixed together my paints to match the colors and extended the picture out onto the frame. This was my first one! I was quite proud :).
This was one I made for my dad for Fathers’ Day. After this one, all the time and detail started to feel very tedious and I gave it up.
That brings us to today. Here again are the bowls I made. I’m not that happy with them, but I realize that it’s a learning process, and I’m looking forward to next week.
Other creations of mine include hemp bracelets, friendship bracelets, hair wraps, sewing fabric extensions onto the bottoms of my jeans (remember when these were in style?), and slicing and dicing t-shirts into what I believed were “fashionable” shirts. I also have a candle-making kit in my closet, as well as a soap-making kit. Up next on my craft list is beer – creating Craft Beer will definitely be my new art and hobby!
Let’s see some pictures of your favorite arts/crafts you’ve made!

Quesadillas and Serenades!

Busy, busy day today! I woke up at 7am and hit the gym for an hour and fifteen minutes. I spent 35 minutes on the stair-climber: 35 minutes, 2.92 miles, and 140 floors. The stair climber is no longer my favorite cardio at the gym. Ouch. I did three sets of ten leg presses at 120lbs, then spent the rest of the time attempting to do arm weights (couldn’t because my arms were crying), and crunches (couldn’t because my abs were crying), and stretched out.

I got back home and blended up an icy Monsta!

This had 5 cups of spinach, 1/2 of a banana, 1 carrot, 2 sprigs of asparagus, 1/2 of a cup of unsweetened soymilk, 1/2 of a cup of frozen blueberries, the juice of a lemon, and a handful of ice.
Next up: Audition time! I fought the LA traffic, had an amazing audition, then headed over to my friends’ Dan and Malachi’s for some lunchy goodness.
Malachi got all gourmet – frozen chicken, defrosted in the microwave, then sauteed…
While Malachi chef-ed, Dan serenaded us with some lovely acoustic guitar.
That chicken turned into a magical quesadilla with green chilies and cheddar cheese!
Malachi was not pleased with my picture of his quesadilla. It was delicious, though!
Dessert was the same theme: Green Chile Peanut Brittle. I am in love! This stuff is amazing! I’m thinking of taking a road trip just to get some. Or maybe making my own…
I brought the boys some delicious, ridiculously cheap wine (Monte Ducay, $5.99 at Trader Joe’s) in exchange for all of the fooding and serenading.
After the deLUSCIOUS lunch, I headed over to my parental units’ house for pottery class. FIRST…
Tutti Frutti is always a necessity. I was craving sweets and got red velvet with cookie dough, peanut butter cups, a shortbread cookie stick. Oh, yeah! My eyes were too big for my stomach, and I had about 1/4 of this leftover that got trashed :(.
I also had enough time to make a miniature Kitchen Sink Salad. This had 2 cups of chopped lettuce, 1/2 of a cup of warmed lentils, 1/4 of a cup of egg white salad, and some leftover sauteed zucchini and summer squash.
When we got to pottery class, we found out that our glazing was finished! Yay!
Here are mine. Meh, not bad for a first try, but EW!
My HikeBikeEat bowl failed. BIG crack down the middle. Oh well…
I made FIVE pieces tonight! My favorite is the one on the far right – my new mug!
These are my mom’s! They turned out AMAZING! I’m only slightly jealous – and by slightly, I mean COMPLETELY!
We headed back home, stopped by Trader Joe’s and picked up some Panang Curry Sticks and we’re now relaxing, sipping some wine and watching Glee. My life is a fairy tale! I am so content :).
Do you have any artwork you’re proud of? I’ll be posting pics of my favorite craft pieces tomorrey!
